| Beware of Phony License Plates
As you can see fraud is evolving to a new level. This picture was taken at a traffic stop. The actual license plate was covered in the interest of privacy, but the numbers were actually quite clear. This is actually a digital photograph over cardboard with some laminate. The license plate is a color copy on cardboard with clear acetate over the top and duct tape on the back. They look very convincing. Be careful.
